今学期的教学任务是初一也就是新课改的冀教版七年级。我们深知今学期是初一的入门教学。如何在这学期让学生顺利地步如正规的学习轨道、并为初二、初三打好学习基础,这是非常值得考虑的问题。为此,特制订教学计划如下:

一、指导思想:

我们必须认真学习最新教育方针,深入贯彻教育教学理念。继续以课程改革为中心,围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规,进行课改研究和专题研究等活动,增强全体备课组教师的质量意识、课改意识、创新意识和发展意识,以明确的教学态度,积极吸取各地的先进教学经验,努力打好学生的学习基础,要用各种教学方法、创造情景、激发对学生背诵词汇、运用英语的兴趣,充分发挥学生学习英语的积极性,使他们尽快如规,为今后学习英语奠定基础。

二、教材和教学时间分析:

初中英语共六册,我们必须在本学期完成第一册,本册共有八单元,基本上是每两周教学一单元,再加上期中和期末考试占用大约两周的时间,那么总共将近二十周。在教学中对学生的学习方法多给于帮助和指导,及时检测和发现学生学习中存在的问题,及时向学生反馈遗漏、模糊、条理不清的知识,使学生在最短的时间内对学过的知识有一套系统的、完整的体系。

三、教学措施:

1、认真备课,制订好各阶段的授课计划,每单元测试一次,自己命题,年级统一考试与阅卷。

2、组织好集体备课,及时制订好每周的中心说课人。 3、继续进行讲课比武活动,安排好备课组内互相听课人员,继续做好互相听课、互相评课工作,取长补短,努力提高自己的教学业务水平。

4、每位教师至少出两套单元测试题,认真做好试卷分析工作。 5、要求学生多听、多背,多学、多练,教师必须认真检查与批改,逐步提高学生自我学习能力。

6、利用课余时间,加强听力和阅读能力的训练,使学生在这方面的能力得到进一步的提高。

初一英语(上),共有14个模块,其中起始级有4个模块,主要是复习巩固小学的英语基础知识。初一英语教学正式教学内容有10个模块,每个单元均以“话题”为中心,在真实的情境中呈现基本日常用语和简单对话,注重培养学生实际应用语言的能力,精心设计各种练习,帮助学生均衡发展听说读写的基本能国力,每个模块都有对重点知识的总结,方便学生和和教师查询;又安排了语音练习,帮助学生巩固和掌握英语语音的规律和单词的读音规则。此外,本册书的知识贴近学生的生活实际,有利于培养学生学习的兴趣。
